UNIFORM SHOP

The school uniform is compulsory at Middle Park Primary School.  The Uniform Shop stocks a range of mix and match items for both summer and winter seasons.

Orders can be placed by downloading the file below and returning it to school or collecting an order form from the office and returning it with payment enclosed.

The uniform shop hours are as follows:

Monday 9:00am – 12 noon (closed on Monday’s during term 3)

Wednesday 3:00pm – 5:30pm

Friday 9:00am – 11:00am

The uniform shop is closed for stock take on the last day of each term.
